Sculpt and Sweat - Eastdale
Service Description
This will be an energetic class using body weight and free weights to bring you a full body sculpt and sweat! You can expect energetic music and moves that leave you feeling empowered and accomplished as you leave the room. Each month the class music will be themed, check socials for updates.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 1 hour before start time will result in a $10 late-cancel fee. - Auto-pay members may receive one waived late-cancel fee per billing cycle upon request via email. - A no-show will result in a $10 fee and cannot be waived. - If a class is fully booked you have the option to put your name on the waitlist. - If/when a spot becomes available you will be notified via email or app message to claim your spot off the waitlist. Once the spot is claimed then you are able to attend class at the designated time.
