
OUR STORY
We believe that wellness is not a one size fits all approach -- that there are multiple outlets to support your emotional and physical wellbeing. Our goal is to provide a space that allows all who enter to truly be themselves and explore new outlets with no expectations or judgement. At Live Inspired, we're here to help guide you every step of the way. Whether you're looking to calm your center and challenge your body in our fitness classes, build confidence and creativity in our dance classes, or reduce stress and expand your mind in our art classes - we have a team of Instructors ready and able to join you on your journey.
As you enter our spaces you will notice that we have included natural colors and elements to help you feel calm and aligned. For our fitness classes we provide various props such as Pilates rings, yoga blocks, Pilates balls, yoga mat, and much more. For our art workshops we provide paints, easel's, brushes, and any other supplies you may need. As a valued member, you can enjoy the benefit of accessing a wide array of classes and workshops at both our locations, allowing you to further enjoy and expand your health and wellness routine.
FAQ'S
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
- Class cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled class time.
- Cancellations made within 1 hour before start time will result in a $10 late-cancel fee.
- Auto-pay members may receive one waived late-cancel fee per billing cycle upon request via email.
- A no-show will result in a $10 fee and cannot be waived.
WHAT IS YOUR WAITLIST POLICY?
- If a class is fully booked you have the option to put your name on the waitlist.
- If/when a spot becomes available you will be notified via email or app message to claim your spot off the waitlist. Once the spot is claimed then you are able to attend class at the designated time.
WHAT IS YOUR LATE ARRIVAL POLICY?
- To maintain both safety and class flow, we will be enforcing a 5-minute late policy
- Anyone arriving more than 5 minutes after class start time will not be admitted. Thank you for understanding that this helps keep everyone safe and supported.
WHAT IS YOUR PHONE POLICY?
- We ask that phones remain off to the side and not be used during class sessions. Consider this your time to recharge, disconnect, and to fully focus on you and your movement.
- If you must take a call or respond to a message, please step out of the room before doing so.
- If you are expecting an important message/ call and need to keep your phone nearby please communicate that to your Instructor before class begins.
DO YOU HAVE AN AGE LIMIT?
- We welcome students starting at the age of 14 accompanied by a parent or guardian attending class with them.
- All students under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian on file. Students 18+ must have a signed waiver on their own behalf.
WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY?
- For all evening classes (4:30pm or later) notice will be sent out no later than 3pm via email.
- For all early morning classes (6am) notice will be sent out no later than 10pm the night before via email.
- For all morning/afternoon classes (9:30 - 12:00pm) notice will be sent out no later than 2 hours before class begins via email.
- Be sure to check your emails on the days storms are predicted and our social media for updates too. Any drop-in payments will be refunded.
