YOGA FLOW
All levels I 45 mins
This class incorporates Hatha and Vinyasa Flows for all levels. Class will start with stretching moving into strength and balance movements while incorporating controlled breathing. This class will build strength, stamina, flexibility and focus. Early morning classes (6am) also include Qigong for further activation of the mind/body connection.
MAT PILATES
All levels I 45 mins
Each class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the body. Focusing on breath, alignment and, posture - you will find yourself breathing through each movement while zoning out to the beat and into your body.


POWER SCULPT
Intermediate/Advanced I 45 mins
A full body workout inspired by the foundation of Pilates and Barre. This class will blend dynamic flows while focusing on core stability, flexibility, alignment, and strength. Using controlled movements, you can expect to build strength and balance while moving with power and intention.
ZUMBA
All levels I 45 mins
A form of aerobic exercise inspired by various styles of Latin American dances combined with Today's Hit Music. Each Instructor brings their own passion flare to each class - providing a little bit of some something for everyone.


POUND FITNESS

Pound is a full body workout that combines drumming like motions to upbeat music! This class includes ripstixs with a cardio and strength based movement to create an overall ROCK AND ROLL experience!
WEIGHT CIRCUIT
All levels I 45 mins
This is a strength based full body class that uses various props and equipment. You can expect to work on building overall strength while focusing on form, muscle engagement and connection.


CORE 30

Get ready to fire up your core! In this fast paced music driven class designed to strengthen, tone, and stabilize your core. In just 30 mins you'll move through a dynamic mix of planks, crunch variations, standing core sequences, balance challenges, and functional strength moves - all perfectly timed to energizing beat.
BARRE SCULPT
Intermediate/Advanced I 45 mins
Take your barre practice to the next level with Barre Sculpt! This is an advanced, high-intensity workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and precision. This class builds on the foundations of traditional barre but turns up the intensity with faster-paced movements, deeper holds, and dynamic sequences.


BARRE
Intermediate I 45 mins
Transform your body from heat to toe with our Barre class. Barre is a low-impact body sculpting class that combines Pilates, Yoga, and traditional ballet technique. If your looking for a class that targets those hard to reach muscles then our Barre class is perfect for you. Class will be conducted through controlled movements, light weights, and resistance bands for a full body sculpt.

CIRCL MOBILITY

A fun and energetic class where movement meets friends! This class is a perfect way to boost your mood, improve balance, and leave all your worries on the dance floor. No partner required, just grab your dancing shoes and let's get moving!
FLEX AND FLOW
All Levels I 45 mins
This class blends traditional yoga postures with functional mobility exercises to improve joint health, flexibility, and overall movement quality. Class will start with 15 minutes of mobility work followed by a gentle Yoga flow to finish.


POP PILATES
POP Pilates is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly-focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed. This isn't your average workout. It's a dance on the mat.
BEFORE CLASS PREP:
If it is your very first class please arrive 10-15 mins before your scheduled session to fill out any necessary paperwork and questions. Bring water, change of shoes (if necessary), and Mat.
Be sure to wear comfortable and athletic clothing that you can move in. We are a SHOE FREE FACILITY meaning we require all outdoor footwear to be left in designated spots in our lobby. If a class requires shoes we ask that you please bring a separate pair to change in to.
