*Note: there is a 330lb weight limit* Rebounding is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline. It kicks the lymphatic system into high gear. This class is great for those looking to add light cardio into their routine. All you need for class is yourself and the occasional light hand weights.

Cancellation Policy
If classes need to be canceled due to weather it will be one 1 HOUR prior to class with E-mails sent out. Refunds will be given if Live Inspired LLC cancels class, however if you sign up and chose to not come NO REFUNDS will be issued.
