JoAnn created Live Inspired! Art-Dance-Fitness with her family because she has worked in the corporate world with deadlines and due dates and always used Fitness or Art to help balance the day to day pressures. JoAnn knows how important it is to take time for yourself and “de-stress”; now you have one place that you can do both in a positive, non-judgmental environment! JoAnn has been teaching group fitness classes for 11 years and has met many wonderful people who continue to support her today! JoAnn is also a watercolor artist with work in the US and Europe.

What Inspires You?: Watching the people who come into my classes (Art or Fitness) a little unsure and watching them truly enjoy the journey, grow with confidence and then succeed and feel empowered!

How Do You Stay Motivated?: That’s simple, the MEMBERS!!

Favorite Way to Relieve Stress?: Getting lost in one of the fitness classes (I love them all!) or in a new painting I’m creating.

Natasha Wolfe is a certified STRONG(HIIT) instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor,  Weight Loss Specialist, Certified TRX Instructor, and dancer of 17 years. She was a competitive dancer for 11 years and participated in the Hollywood Summer Tour of 2016 in California. She has trained with numerous big name choreographers and experienced all different types of training. Come and experience her passion and love for fitness in one of her group classes or in a 1:1 training session!

What Inspires You?: Seeing positive results and knowing that it happened because of my hard work.

How Do You Stay Motivated?: I tell myself that it’s okay to not feel motivated every day because recovery is also a part of self-improvement and tomorrow is a new day.

Favorite Way to Relieve Stress?: Oh there’s a bunch! Working out, dancing, taking photos, journaling, listening to music, spending time with friends and family and spending a day doing self-care.
