YOGA FLOW
All levels   I   45 mins

This class incorporates Hatha and Vinyasa Flows for all levels. Class will start with stretching moving into strength and balance movements while incorporating controlled breathing .  This class will build strength, stamina, flexibility and focus. Early morning classes (6am) also include Qigong for further activation of  the mind/body connection.

POWER PILATES
Intermediate   I   45 mins

A dynamic Mat Pilates class that combines the core strengthening principals of Pilates with targeted exercises designed to lengthen, strengthen, and sculpt the entire body. 

In this class you can expect fun beats, controlled movements, and muscle building exercises that will leave you feeling stronger inside and out.

CARDIO BLAST

A beat based cardio class where fitness meets rhythm. Designed to get your heart rate up, this class will have you feeling stronger and happier the second you enter the door.

Our Stability Ball class is a conditioning class that focuses on the practice of engaging and strengthening your core, while exercising with little to no impact.

This class will run in a circuit based style focusing on strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.

Advanced  I   45 mins

Take your barre practice to the next level with Barre Sculpt! This is an advanced, high-intensity workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and precision.

 

This class builds on the foundations of traditional barre but turns up the intensity with faster-paced movements, deeper holds, and dynamic sequences.

CORE 30

Get ready to fire up your core! In this fast paced music driven class designed to strengthen, tone, and stabilize your core. In just 30 mins you'll move through a dynamic mix of planks, crunch variations, standing core sequences, balance challenges, and functional strength moves - all perfectly timed to energizing beat

Each class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the body. 

Focusing on breath, alignment and, posture - you will find yourself breathing through each movement while zoning out to the beat and into your body.

A form of aerobic exercise inspired by various styles of Latin American dances combined with Today's Hit Music. 

Each Instructor brings their own passion flare to each class - providing a little bit of some something for everyone.

WEIGHT CIRCUIT

This is a circuit styled, strength based, full body class that uses dumbbells and body weight.

 

The goal of this class is to build overall strength while learning proper form, muscle engagement, and mind to muscle connection.

POUND FITNESS

Pound is a full body workout that combines drumming like motions to upbeat music! This class includes ripstixs with a cardio and strength based movement to create an overall ROCK AND ROLL experience!

REBOUND

Rebounding is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline. It kicks the lymphatic system into high gear.

This class is great for those looking to add light cardio into their routine. All you need for class is yourself and the occasional light hand weights.

BARRE
Intermediate - Advanced   I   45 mins

Transform your body from heat to toe with our Barre class. Barre is a low-impact body sculpting class that combines Pilates, Yoga, and traditional ballet technique. 

If your looking for a class that targets those hard to reach muscles then our Barre class is perfect for you. Class will be conducted through controlled movements, light weights, and resistance bands for a full body sculpt.

​In this workshop you will learn the basic fundamentals of tap dance, and use those basics in small combinations, then we will dance!

Besides tap shoes, your only other requirement is
