Power Pilates - Rt.55

Service Description

This is a non-traditional style Mat Pilates class. Designed to lengthen and strengthen the body, this class will entail various props such as light hand weights, magic circles, bands, and/or mini balls. The goal is to target the entire body while working on our mind to muscle connection.

Cancellation Policy

If classes need to be canceled due to weather it will be one 1 HOUR prior to class with E-mails sent out. Refunds will be given if Live Inspired LLC cancels class, however if you sign up and chose to not come NO REFUNDS will be issued.
