Service Description
Zumba-developed, low-impact program focused on flexibility, breath work, and functional mobility, designed to help users move better and longer. Inspired by yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi, this 30-minute, science-backed class helps release, restore, and renew the body by improving joint mobility and reducing stiffness.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 1 hour before start time will result in a $10 late-cancel fee. - Auto-pay members may receive one waived late-cancel fee per billing cycle upon request via email. - A no-show will result in a $10 fee and cannot be waived. - If a class is fully booked you have the option to put your name on the waitlist. - If/when a spot becomes available you will be notified via email or app message to claim your spot off the waitlist. Once the spot is claimed then you are able to attend class at the designated time.
