We're back with our second pop-up HIIT + paint class! This is a High Intensity Interval Masterpiece class where you will sweat while you paint on a t-shirt.

About the Event
During this class you will do a HIIT class and during the 2 min rest periods you will put paint a t-shirt. All shirts will be white so please keep that in mind as you choose your colors.
A stencil will be placed on the t-shirt while you paint on top of it, removing the stencil and showing the complete desgin.
Please wear the apropriate clothing you can move in jump in and supportive footwear.
