4 Energies Workshop Details:
This is a short Tai Chi form with elements of silk reeling and has a connection to the 5 elements Qigong, dependent upon intention during the practice. It can also be used to obtain a better understanding of the martial arts concept of Energy which can lead to a push hands ( partner) practice.
