About the Event
Join Senior Trainer, Vince Sauter, for a Tai Chi and Qigong workshop.
This practice integrates gentle movements with meditation, visualization and self-massage that will help to reduce stress, improve balance, and improve overall health and well-being. This foundation can then be expanded upon so the student can develop a long lasting personal practice of Qigong and Tai Chi.
No prior experience is necessary - all levels are welcomed!
