Get to know our classes!


Gravity Yoga: Regain lost flexibility and reduce resulting pain/discomfort with Gravity Yoga. If you suffer from stiff hamstrings, tight or locked-up hips, and/or a painful lower back; if you’ve tried other stretching exercises but have not seen the results you had hoped for; this class is for you.

Yoga Fit: Yoga Fit is a progressive body-shaping yoga class.  It is designed for beginners as well as advanced participants. You will start with foundational flow creating long lean muscles and learn how to execute proper form and build a strong “mind-body” connection so that you can call on the muscles you need once we move into more challenging moves. We will use yoga bands, blocks, cushions and  straps – bring your own or use those in the studio.

Beginner: Mat - based Pilates class centered around gentle movements to build full body strength and awareness. Exercises in this class are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and lean out muscles for a longer & sleek look.

Intermediate: Mat - based Pilates class centered around full body strength building exercises and movement awareness. Movements in this level are more intense and centered around strengthening, lengthening, and leaning out muscle while pushing yourself. 


Push Your Limits Pilates: This is a mat-based class that uses accessories such as bands and light weights to help push yourself and limits while practicing proper alignment and mind to muscle connection.


HIIT 30: This is a 30 minute HIIT class that is designed to push you mentally and physically using just your body weight. HIIT classes are designed to help aid in increasing muscle size and definition, reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases, and help the heart become more efficient. 

STRONG 45: STRONG Nation™ combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation.

Zumba: a form of aerobic exercise inspired by various styles of Latin American dances combined with Today's Hit Music. JoAnn's energy in this class is unmatched - you're guaranteed to have a great time!

Zumba & Toning: this aerobic class combines high-energy Zumba movements with arm-sculpting structure. You'll be able to feel your feet have fun while your arms feel the burn.


This is a strength class based around you and your core. The goal is to strengthen your core while learning how to engage and be more aware of how to activate your center.

This class will use bodyweight, light hand weights, sliders, and occasionally the TRX system. 

This is a circuit styled, strength based, full body class that will use dumbbells, kettlebells, and body weight. The goal of this class is to build overall strength while learning proper form, muscle engagement, and mind to muscle connection while moving and engaging muscles.


This Stability Ball class is a conditioning class that focuses on the practice of engaging and strengthening your core, while exercising with little to no impact.

Pound is a full body workout that combines drumming like motions to upbeat music! This class includes ripstixs with a cardio and strength based movement to create an overall ROCK AND ROLL experience!


TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

REBOUNDING is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline.  It kicks the lymphatic system into high gear.  The force of gravity on the body fluctuates going from a heavy load at the bottom of your bounce to almost zero at the top.  Stimulate the one-way valves in your lymphatic system to remove toxins without stressing your joints.


This class will be held the last Saturday of every month. Our Line Dancing Instructor JoAnn will teach participants country and modern line dances with light refreshments provided.
