Yoga Flow - Rt.55

Service Description

This is a non-traditional Yoga class. Class starts with mobility and stretching movements (15mins of CIRCL moving into Hatha Yoga and sometimes a Vinyasa Flow - ending in a short Qigong breathing sequence to activate healing energy).

Cancellation Policy

If classes need to be canceled due to weather it will be one 1 HOUR prior to class with E-mails sent out. Refunds will be given if Live Inspired LLC cancels class, however if you sign up and chose to not come NO REFUNDS will be issued.
