Service Description

This class will need a stability ball and light weights (see "Equipment Links" at the bottom of our page to purchase your own at home equipment).

Cancellation Policy

If classes need to be canceled due to weather it will be one 1 HOUR prior to class with E-mails sent out. Refunds will be given if Live Inspired LLC cancels class, however if you sign up and chose to not come NO REFUNDS will be issued.
