TRX Circuit - Eastdale

Service Description

This is a strength focused class working within intervals. Class will entail the use of TRX straps and/pr dumbbells to help ensure a full body workout.

Cancellation Policy

If classes need to be canceled due to weather it will be one 1 HOUR prior to class with E-mails sent out. Refunds will be given if Live Inspired LLC cancels class, however if you sign up and chose to not come NO REFUNDS will be issued.
