Service Description

This is a HIIT style class. Please wear the appropriate attire such as sneakers with cushion (for jumping), and form fitting clothing.

Cancellation Policy

If classes need to be canceled due to weather it will be one 1 HOUR prior to class with E-mails sent out. Refunds will be given if Live Inspired LLC cancels class, however if you sign up and chose to not come NO REFUNDS will be issued.
