Service Description

This will be a 30min Sculpting class followed by a 30min Yoga class led by Mother and Daughter JoAnn Wolfe and Natasha Wolfe. Sculpt movements will used props such as yoga blocks and light hand weights. Yoga will use props such as yoga blocks and/or straps.

Cancellation Policy

If classes need to be canceled due to weather it will be one 1 HOUR prior to class with E-mails sent out. Refunds will be given if Live Inspired LLC cancels class, however if you sign up and chose to not come NO REFUNDS will be issued.
