All Levels Pilates - Rt.55

Service Description

This class is a non-traditional Mat Pilates inspired class suited for all levels. Using a mix of props such as bands, mini balls, and/or weights, this class will provide modifications and advancements for those who need it. The goal is to move through a sequence of exercises inspired by Pilates movements.

Cancellation Policy

If classes need to be canceled due to weather it will be one 1 HOUR prior to class with E-mails sent out. Refunds will be given if Live Inspired LLC cancels class, however if you sign up and chose to not come NO REFUNDS will be issued.
