Live Inspired offers group fitness classes aimed to help improve your physical and mental health. We strive to create a fun and exciting group atmosphere, while helping you improve your muscular endurance through aerobic and anaerobic exercises. 

Why Did We Create This Program and What Is It?

We created this program for those who want to move their body, exercise or workout - but can't make it to any classes or the gym. This online program consists of HIIT workouts, Toning Exercsies, Strength Training and Resistance Training.
