Fitness Overview

At Live Inspired we provide many different fitness avenues to help you attain your goal and grow.

We are constantly keeping up with the latest fitness trends and work towards adding more fitness classes to provide our members with the best fitness experience possible.

We know that every fitness preference is different and that is why we offer a ONE WEEK FREE TRIAL of classes.

Some of the latest classes we've added are: Total Fit, 1:1 Training, Small Group Training, and MUCH more!



Any time - Anywhere

We believe that there is always a bright side if you look hard enough and due to COVID-19, we were allowed to expand our offerings to online! 

Our virtual classes are currently offered Monday through Friday. All classes are either offered live and recorded to play back later - or they're prerecorded and available to access at any time.

*COMING SOON* We will be having one on one virtual personal training sessions 


Experience the energy yourself

Our in-person classes are currently on a modified level starting in August 2020.We offer a variety of group fitness classes such as Zumba, STRONG (HIIT), TRX Training, Pound Fitness and much more.

Modified classes will be held only twice a week with notifications sent out when necessary.
