No Bake Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
Great sweet treat that's packed with protein and all types of yumminess!
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
sprinkle of cinnamon
any desired amount of chocolate chips
Let's Get Cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 375 f. Rinse, dry, and place chickpeas onto baking sheet. Cook for about 12-15 mins (tossing about half way).
2. Take chickpeas out and let them cool.
3. Place chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon into a blender or food processor. Blend until everything reaches as creamy texture.
4. Take mixture out and place into a bowl. Combine chocolate chips into mixture until combined well. Take dough and roll into desired sized balls.
5. Place into fridge, chill, and ENJOY!
