"The only place I’m okay with spending 1.5+ hours of group fitness, almost everyday! Whether I want to break a sweat before I start my day or at the end of it, class offerings are dynamic and convenient to a working professional like myself.  The mom and daughter duo have created a supportive atmosphere that fosters community within their members, supporting the strengths that each member brings to their fitness family. They truly meet you “where you are at” in your fitness journey, creating a nonjudgmental and inviting space. I joined Live Inspired a couple of months ago and wish it had been sooner.  Do you know what POUND is? I didn’t either until the first class I took at this studio. I look forward to Thursday’s; I get to work out with both JoAnn and Natasha, as they offer a variety of classes for 30 min. (and I still make it home by 7:15pm!)"
